Application Timeline and Online Process
The Last Date for Online Application Submission is 31st December 2025, so applicants should plan early. While accessing the application portal, always use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for smooth processing. I have seen many candidates face errors because they ignored browser instructions. Make sure to complete the online application form carefully, ensuring all details are accurate and complete, then submit the application online without rushing.
Acknowledgment, Fee, and Documents
After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email from NIBAF Pakistan to confirm your application. This email will include a link to download the fee deposit slip. You must print the acknowledgment email and fee deposit slip, then use it for payment at designated banks. Afterward, send the required physical documents to the address below, lasted by 2nd January 2026, including confirmation email, NIBAF-P, original deposit slip, copies, CNIC, degree, and transcript.

All documents must reach the Examinations Division, National Institute of Banking & Finance, Pakistan, located at Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi-74200. From experience, timely courier delivery matters, so do not wait till the last day.
Important Notes to Avoid Mistakes
Always use a PC or laptop with recommended browser versions when completing the application. Avoid mobile phones, tablets, and incompatible browsers to prevent data loss, as the organization is not responsible for such issues. Once submitted, details cannot be edited later, so fill out the form with care. If a mandatory field is not applicable, enter NA. Ensure academic credentials are accurately entered and supported by relevant documents.
Eligibility, Submission Rules, and Selection
Applicants from any city or province can apply, but final posting is decided by the management of PPCBL. After clicking the submit button, wait patiently for the process to upload documents, and click only once. An application considered complete only when the online application submitted, application fee paid via provided deposit slip, and physical documents received before the deadline.
Additional Guidelines and Examination Rules
Online fee submission is not acceptable; payments must be made using the deposit slip. Only shortlisted candidates are notified about the recruitment exam date and assigned test center. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets, except calculators, are not allowed in the examination center, with no arrangements for storing items. Possession of prohibited devices during the exam leads to immediate disqualification. Sharing or uploading exam materials electronically causes cancellation of results. PPCBL reserves the right to reject any application without providing reason.
